Mommy Yap celebrated her daughter Margarette's 3rd birthday in a truly meaningful way—by partnering with the Chummy Chum Foundation to bring joy to children with special needs. It was a beautiful celebration filled with love, laughter, and compassion.

The Chummy Chum team arrived early, setting up a vibrant booth filled with yummy treats and special gifts. Bright balloons adorned the venue, while Mommy Yap and her family prepared food packs, toys, and gifts for the children, eager to make the day unforgettable.

The program began with a prayer, thanking God for Margarette’s three wonderful years. Dressed in a charming pink gown, Margarette looked every bit like a little princess as everyone sang a birthday song before she blew out her candle on a lovely cake.

The laughter started when a cheerful clown took the stage, captivating the kids with balloon twisting, magic tricks, and a lively puppet show. Children eagerly joined in parlor games and munched on popcorn and cotton candy while enjoying the fun-filled performances.

The excitement peaked when Chummy Chum, the beloved mascot, danced his way into the children's hearts. Despite meeting him for the first time, the kids couldn’t resist hugging Chummy Chum, their smiles lighting up the room. In that joyful moment, these children, each with their own unique experiences, celebrated like any other happy child.

Teachers and parents were deeply touched by the thoughtful gesture, expressing their heartfelt gratitude to Mommy Yap and the Chummy Chum Foundation for creating a magical experience for the children.

Special thanks to Mommy Yap for sharing extra funds for purchasing more toys for the children for future charity events of Chummy Chum, also SM City Sucat for their heartwarming contribution of "Bears of Joy," making the day even more memorable.
