Chummy Chum joined the 3rd Anniversary celebration of “Kabataang May Magagawa” by bringing smiles to the indigent children community.
It has been two (2) years since the “Kabataang May Magagawa” (KMM) group requested Chummy Chum Foundation to join their charity event for children in poor communities in the mountains of Antipolo Rizal. Because of the sloppy road in the area, Chummy Chum could not accept the invitation. KMM’s much desire to have Chummy Chum Foundation be part of their humanitarian activity, the group decided to hold the event at the lower ground of Antipolo, Rizal. Chummy Chum team with happy hearts, then finally joined the group in giving joys to the poor children of Lower Sitio, Brgy. Sta.Cruz, Antipolo, Rizal. KMM is just a small group but has big ways in making a successful outreach program. Aside from inviting Chummy Chum Foundation, they solicited foods for children from nearby barangays, while Chummy Chum team brought the fun-wagon loaded with freebies, treats and Chummy Chum mascot on board. The event became a blast for the children as the regular partner-donor of Chummy Chum Foundation – Ms. Elaine shared toys, loot bags, and balloons. KMM group headed the games that made the children even more cheerful. It was raining but it didn’t stop Chummy Chum Foundation and KMM in making that day the best ever for the children of Lower Sitio.
