Despite the adverse weather conditions, the Chummy Chum team received a heartfelt request for collaboration on a charity event. Ms. Brenda, eager to celebrate her birthday and express her gratitude for her blessed life, saw Chummy Chum as the perfect partner for her cause. She wanted to bring joy to children from underprivileged families who have been severely impacted by the flooding from Typhoon Carina.

Ms. Brenda and the Chummy Chum team swiftly organized a charity event, each contributing something special to bring joy and comfort to the children during this challenging time.

The program featured a humorous clown duo and various engaging parlor games. The children, momentarily free from the anxiety of potential flood-related losses, were filled with happiness.

They were thrilled to meet Chummy Chum (the mascot) for the first time, and it felt as though they had known him for ages. Each child received numerous gifts, delicious party food, and rice packs.

It was a day overflowing with blessings, thanks to the collaborative effort of Chummy Chum, WeCarePH, and Ms. Brenda. This initiative made a significant impact on the children and their families, making them feel loved and cared for.

Despite the short notice, the event was incredibly worthwhile. It was a noble expression of gratitude for the past year and a celebration of the beautiful years yet to come.
