The children from Singalong were delighted as they arrived at a private compound hosted by a volunteer. The space was filled with food, toys, and colorful gift bags neatly arranged on a long table, all clearly meant for them.
The children enjoyed various parlor games and even performed an impromptu dance. The event's highlight was when Chummy Chum, the mascot, joined in the fun. Chummy Chum danced and mingled with the children, who were so moved by the experience that they couldn’t help but hug the mascot, reluctant to let the day end.
This heartwarming charity event was a successful collaboration between the Chummy Chum Foundation and the Anak-Bayan Rolling Pantry. Their goal was to uplift the spirits of children from underprivileged families.
The event lasted for over an hour, filled with fun and joy. At its conclusion, Anak-Bayan Rolling Pantry distributed loaves of bread to the Chummy Chum Foundation, setting the stage for future charity events.
Special thanks go to all the volunteers who ensured the event ran smoothly. Everyone left safe and secure.
